Do you ship internationally?
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIESWe are only able to ship products from our core catalogue internationally. We are unable to fulfil any international orders containing items from our extended range.Pricing is based on weight. Shipping may be charged in your local currency.For orders shipped to European countries, the import duties are already paid, so you won't need to pay anything for customs clearance.
I already have one of the books in a book set
Unfortunately, we are unable to break sets. All our book sets come as pictured. Our box sets and collections are a great opportunity to dispose of exhausted copies of well-loved books. Alternatively, there are many charity shops and donation sites that would gratefully receive any duplicate books.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. We offer free delivery on orders over £35 in the UK. Please check our Shipping Page for details.
Can I return my order for a refund?

My Books Were Damaged In Transit
We are extremely sorry to hear that the books were damaged
Please send us a few photos of the books received with order details to sales@books2door, and rest assured, we would be happy to assist you with it.
When are orders dispatched?
Orders are sent out on the next working day. Express orders placed before 1:30pm will be sent out on the same day. Orders are not sent out on the weekend.
Can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Once the book has been dispatched, a Royal Mail tracking number will appear in your order notes.
- Log in, and click your name to see your My Account page.
- On there will be your list of orders.
- Click your order, and you will see the tracking number in the "Order notes" section.
- Copy the tracking number, and paste it into the box on https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item
Where is my order?
If our deliveries are taking longer than usual, this is usually due to increased demand

We have been an established book trader since 2004.
How can schools place an order?
The quickest way for UK schools, colleges and libraries to order is via our website with payment upon checkout. If you are unable to pay via card, please email your Purchase Order to schools@books2door.com where you'll be able to pay via BACs or cheque within 30 days. Please note, only box sets and collections are available to order via email, not single books.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Deliveries can be made on Saturday. However, orders are not despatched on the weekend.
Do we exhibit at book fairs?
We exhibit at a number of book fairs, nationally and internationally. Please follow our social media channels for further updates.
Are the books original?
All our books are brand new, originals and purchased directly from the publishers.

BY PURCHASING AN ITEM, A BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE/SHE HAS READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED OUR REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Here at Books 2 Door, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their orders and with the service that we provide. Our success and objectives, as an online retail company depends on it after all. But on rare occasions, not all goes according to expectations. Where there are issues, you can be rest assured that we shall strive to resolve them to your satisfaction as part of our effort to increase our reputation and quality of service.
The item is not as described: The buyer must contact us within 7 working days of receiving the purchase. Books 2 Door Limited contact details can be located on our "CONTACT US” page. Books 2 Door shall then arrange to locate a replacement to dispatch to the buyer. Delivery times to send the replacement can be found on our delivery time’s section. If a replacement is not available, then the buyer shall be notified that a replacement item is not available and a refund shall be issued once the item is returned. The buyer is not required to pay return postage. The buyer shall be instructed on how to return the item without paying postage.
The buyer wants to return the item for a refund and the item is as described: If the order is fulfilled correctly and the item is as described, then the buyer is required to return the item to the postal address that is noted in our "CONTACT US” page for a refund to be issued. Books 2 Door will not pay any of the postage cost that the buyer incurs to return the item and any postage cost that was paid originally.
