Q. How much is the monthly subscription box?

A. Each box is priced the same at £9.99. Please refer to - "https://www.books2door.com/collections/books2door-subscription-boxes" for more information

Q. How do I choose my monthly subscription box?

A. Simply add the box for your child’s age to your cart and follow the next steps to complete your subscription order.

Q. When will the first box be sent?

A. Orders must be placed a minimum of 3 working days before the 22nd of each month, to ensure delivery of the box for that month. Any orders placed after the 22nd of the month will result in the next month’s box being sent. For example, if the order is placed on 15th June - the June monthly subscription box will be received. If the order is placed on 23rd June, the next box to be delivered will be the July subscription.

Q. Can I try the service once?

A. You can order the subscription for one month and cancel the subscription at any time.

Q. Can I choose the books?

A. We understand that your child won't like every book or item in their subscription box or maybe you already own the books we have chosen. Unfortunately, we cannot substitute these items for other items unless they are faulty or damaged in shipping.

Q. How do I cancel my monthly subscription box?

A. You can cancel your monthly subscription box at any time. All you have to do is email subscription@books2door.com with the subject ‘Cancel’.

Q. Do I need to give advance notice to cancel my subscription?

A. We kindly ask you to give as much notice prior to the 22nd of each month if possible. However, no advance notice is required and you can cancel Box2Door (monthly subscription box at any time). All you have to do is email subscription@books2door.com with the subject ‘Cancel’.

Q. Can I order Box2Door (monthly subscription box) for a friend or family member?

A. Yes, this is possible. Simply put their address in for the shipping address and it will be sent to this address every month.

Q. Can I choose my books?

A. Our team has taken the time to hand select each book for the different age groups.

The Customers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time

Books2Door has the right to cancel BOX2DOOR Subscription Boxes at any time, including cancelling the programme as a whole

Books2Door has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time

Books2Door has the right to change products in the boxes based on available stock

Promotional images that include pictures of books are subject to change and may not be the exact items received in the box each month
