Shipping policy
We aim to process and dispatch our orders within 1 working day. The orders go into our warehouse to be picked, packed and consolidated into one parcel where appropriate. Please note orders are only processed Monday-Friday.
We sometimes split orders between multiple parcels.
If any items are missing from your delivery, please allow 2 working days for the rest of your order to arrive before contacting us at sales@books2door.com
All of our books are 100% brand new, unread and purchased directly from the publishers in bulk allowing us to pass the huge savings on to you!
Postage rates
These delivery times are the maximum delivery periods that a purchase can take to reach our customers. Delivery may be sooner than this. They are an estimation, not a guarantee.
There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Last Postage Dates Before Christmas
- International (Rest of World): Wednesday, 10th December 2025
- Europe: Friday, 12th December 2025
- UK Domestic Parcels: Friday, 19th December 2025
Any orders placed after these dates may not arrive before Christmas.

NB: Not all locations are live on our website at this time. We're working hard to bring you other destinations.
We are only able to ship products from our core catalogue internationally. We are unable to fulfil any international orders containing items from our extended range.
Pricing is based on weight. Shipping may be charged in your local currency. Estimated shipping times are 7-9 working days for international delivery. This is not a guarantee.
For orders shipped to European countries, the import duties are already paid, so you won't need to pay anything for customs clearance.
For orders shipped to the rest of the world, you will need to pay the import duties for customs clearance.
