Q. How many books are in each box?

A. Each box for Kids will include 3 books per month.

B. Each box for Adults will include 2 books per month.

Q. Will the books change each month?

A. Yes, customers will get new books each month; you will not receive duplicate books/titles like the previous month.

Q. I have received a book that is part of a series. Why?

A. To provide the best value, we sometimes include standalone books from a series, as they can still be enjoyed individually. While it is part of a series, it’s written to be engaging and enjoyable without needing to read previous instalments. If you’d like to purchase the whole set, please visit our website.

Q. Can I buy this as a gift?

A. Absolutely! Our monthly book subscription boxes make a wonderful gift. Simply put in their shipping address for the delivery.

Q. How much is the monthly subscription box?

A. Each Kids’ Box is priced the same at £9.99. Please refer to this link for more information.

B. Each Adults’ Box is priced the same at £12.99. Please refer to this link for more information.

Q. How do I choose my monthly subscription box?

A. For kids, simply add the box for your child’s age to your cart and follow the next steps to complete your subscription order.

B. For adults, simply add the box with your genre preference to your cart and follow the next steps to complete your subscription order.

Q. Can I try the service once?

A. You can order the subscription for one month and cancel the subscription at any time.

Q. Can I choose the books?

A. We understand that the recipient won't like every book or item in their subscription box, or maybe you already own the books we have chosen. Unfortunately, we cannot substitute these items for other items unless they are faulty or damaged in shipping.

Q. How do I cancel my monthly subscription box?

A. You can cancel your monthly subscription box at any time. All you have to do is email subscription@books2door.com with the subject ‘Cancel- Books2Door Subscription Box’.

Q. Do I need to give advance notice to cancel my subscription?

A. We kindly ask you to give as much notice as possible before the 22nd of each month. However, no advance notice is required, and you can cancel your monthly subscription box anytime.

Q. Can I order Box2Door (monthly subscription box) for a friend or family member?

A. Yes, this is possible. Simply put their address in for the shipping address, and it will be sent to this address every month.

Q. When will the first box be sent?

A. You will receive our 'Introductory Box' as soon as you join the book subscription service. This gives you a chance to try out the box, and your monthly subscription will continue. Please note, that customers who place their order before the 27th of each month will receive two boxes and two payments.

Q. What is the ‘Introductory Box’?

A. This is the first box you will receive as part of your subscription and contains exactly the same contents as a regular subscription. Our system works in a way that generates your order instantly and then as a recurring subscription every month. This means you may receive two boxes in a month, but they definitely won’t be the same!

Q. Why have I been charged twice in a month?

A. You should see funds taken out of your account on the 27th or 28th of every month for your monthly subscription.

Q. I have received the same books twice. Can I return them?

A. Should this occur, please write to subscriptions@books2door.com with your order number, a picture of both orders, and the date you received them.

Q. Can I choose my books?

A. Our team has taken the time to hand-select each book for the different age groups and categories. We hope the books are to your liking; however, we welcome any feedback about your subscription box, which can be sent to subscriptions@books2door.com.
