Relaxing Patterns and Animals
Life is incredibly stressful, and it is essential to look after yourself. Whether that's going for a walk, running a bath or treating yourself to something nice, it is vital to do so. If you want something to help you unwind, why not try some adult colouring books? A great book to start with is the beautiful Great British Flower Show: A Horticultural Colouring Adventure Book By Harriet Popham. Flick through the beautiful flower illustrations as you relax after a busy working week. Another excellent pattern colouring book is Rangoli: Stress-Relieving, Art Therapy, Adult Colouring Book by Andrew Davis uses traditional Hindu folk art to create relaxing patterns for you to colour.
